About The Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Creative department remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that promotes our brand and supports our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves creating digital and print designs, including email campaigns, social media graphics, website visuals, and in-store collateral, all aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory standards. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Sr. Designer and the broader creative team to produce innovative concepts that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand presence. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing industry that makes a positive impact on people's lives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Proven ability to develop creative concepts across multiple channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing principles, and branding
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to present a professional online portfolio showcasing a diverse body of work

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visually compelling designs for digital and print materials including email templates, social media graphics, website visuals, and in-store collateral
  • Collaborate with the creative team, copywriters, and stakeholders to produce on-brief and on-strategy concepts
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards, look, tone, and feel, while complying with state regulations
  • Translate creative briefs into innovative visual solutions that drive engagement and conversions
  • Maintain consistency across all visual communications to strengthen brand identity
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative outputs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
