About The Role
Our English LLC is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our digital learning platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that facilitate seamless learning journeys. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including content creators, developers, and product managers—to develop cohesive design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that reflect our brand’s mission and values.

This is a contract-based position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that impacts learners worldwide. The role requires a balance of creative vision and technical proficiency, with a focus on accessibility, usability, and scalability. You will be instrumental in translating complex educational content into user-friendly interfaces, ensuring that our platform remains innovative, engaging, and easy to navigate. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in UX and UI design, preferably within digital education, creative agencies, or startup environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design engaging, accessible, and intuitive user experiences from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems that support brand consistency across multiple products.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to effectively translate complex ideas into clean, user-friendly visuals and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills with an openness to feedback, iteration, and collaboration.
• A passion for education, innovation in design, and a commitment to expanding global access to quality English learning.
• Portfolio link or examples of previous work must be included with the application; applications without visual samples will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and product teams to design and refine user experiences across our digital platform, ensuring alignment with educational goals and brand standards.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems, templates, and visual assets that enhance usability and aesthetic appeal.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma and other tools to communicate ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, applying feedback to improve engagement and accessibility.
• Design intuitive screen templates and interactive elements that facilitate seamless learning experiences for users of diverse backgrounds.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and prototypes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Stay informed about the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outcomes.
• Source and incorporate imagery and visual content that align with our brand and enhance educational content.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving project requirements to optimize user experience.
