Graphic Designer

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team, focusing on executive-level visual design and communication collateral. This role will involve creating impactful presentations and materials for senior leadership and external conferences, contributing to high-stakes projects that shape the organization’s narrative. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strategic mindset, and demonstrate exceptional creativity and attention to detail while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and refresh visual collateral related to organizational health and culture, including newsletters, orientation decks, and diversity initiatives.
  • Generate original campaign artwork upon request, modifying existing content for use in external channels such as email and social media.
  • Develop and maintain design templates to enhance product consistency and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide video production and broadcasting support for large-scale events and meetings.
  • Support the evolution of the visual communications strategy through innovative design solutions.
  • Project manage content development from inception to delivery, reporting on the status of various campaigns to leadership.
  • Collaborate with creative leads across multiple organizations to ensure brand compliance.
  • Analyze feedback from stakeholders and adjust designs accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) or equivalent creative production tools.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong creative thinking abilities to develop engaging visual communications.
