About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer to join our creative team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for modern design trends. This role requires a multi-skilled professional capable of handling various aspects of digital design, including creating compelling graphics, engaging motion graphics, polished videos, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to develop visually appealing assets that elevate our brand and resonate with our target audience. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our digital products and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and excellence across all platforms.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work including graphics, motion videos, UI designs, and video editing is essential. Candidates should possess 2 to 6 years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in various design tools and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Knowledge of motion design, video production, and digital marketing creatives is highly desirable. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML/CSS is a plus, though not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are also important.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, banners, posters, and branding materials.
- Create logos, brand identities, brochures, and digital creatives that align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and messaging across all platforms and materials.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Develop motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content to enhance marketing efforts.
- Create animations for product demos, advertisements, and social media reels to engage viewers.
- Produce explainer videos and contribute to visual storytelling initiatives.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and product promotion.
- Incorporate effects, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Create short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
UI / UX Design
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to facilitate seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to implement responsive and accessible designs.
- Ensure usability standards and best practices are upheld throughout the design process.
