We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join the team behind Mark Moss on a full-time, contract-to-hire basis.
This role is all about taking smart ideas and turning them into bold, scroll-stopping visuals. You’ll be designing Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn infographics, and branded assets for every channel we touch.
You’ll work directly with our strategists, editors, and ops team to design graphics that not only look great but also drive growth.

About the Role
We’re looking for a design-obsessed creative who can own the visual side of our content machine. You’ll be responsible for carousels, quote cards, story sequences, thumbnails, and promotional assets that keep our brand sharp and consistent across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. This is a high-speed, high-impact role. We work in 48 to 72 hour cycles, so you’ll need to thrive under tight deadlines while still delivering clean, high-quality work.
Who You AreProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar tools.You understand social-first design. You know what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.You’ve done this before. Proven experience creating carousels and graphics that perform.You care about details. Fonts, spacing, and layout aren’t small things. They’re everything.You work fast. Comfortable producing assets in 48 to 72 hours without sacrificing quality.You think in systems. You keep files, versions, and assets organized across tools like Notion, Frame.io, and Google Drive.You handle pressure well. Juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines doesn’t throw you off.You’re collaborative. Clear communication and openness to feedback are second nature.Bonus: You already know how to take complex topics such as finance, investing, or entrepreneurship and make them visually simple.
What You’ll Be DoingDesign carousels that are clean, sharp, and on-brand.Create supporting assets such as quote cards, story sequences, cover images, thumbnails, and promo graphics.Adapt designs for multiple platforms while maintaining consistency.Work closely with strategists and editors to turn briefs into finished assets.Keep our content pipeline moving by delivering assets fast.Maintain and improve brand guidelines so everything we publish looks aligned.Stay ahead of design trends and apply them where it makes sense.
