About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design, branding, and digital media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for creating visually compelling designs that communicate brand identity across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative materials including packaging, banners, logos, catalogs, GIFs, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals.
• Develop and maintain brand visual identity across digital (website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and print media (labels, user manuals, flex banners, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into creative visuals.
• Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, infographics, landing pages, presentations, and emailers).
• Design product packaging and mockups, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in quality.
• Supervise production work, liaising with vendors for printing and quality checks.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and AI-based creative applications.

Required Skills:

• Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, CorelDRAW, Canva.
• Creative Tools: AI tools for image and layout design.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
