Graphic Designer (Adobe Illustrator)

Job Description

You’ll be the creative backbone supporting product development and client presentations in a role that perfectly blends artistic skills with business operations. This isn’t just another design job – you’ll own the visual storytelling process from initial concept through final presentation, while building relationships with international suppliers and managing diverse projects. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager in a collaborative environment where your creativity directly impacts product development and client satisfaction.

Hourly Rate:
USD 8.00 per hour, the equivalent in your local currency

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling graphic designs and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Source products through various US-based portals and platforms to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with overseas factories on product development and sourcing initiatives
  • Design product mockups and visual presentations that win client approval
  • Manage email communications and follow-ups with international suppliers and clients
  • Organize and coordinate multiple projects across different stages of development
  • Support administrative tasks, including Excel spreadsheet management and data organization
  • Contribute creative input across diverse projects spanning multiple industries and markets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a business environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required for daily use)
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and design work
  • Advanced Excel capabilities for data management and reporting
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt designs across different product categories
  • Bonus if you have experience working with international suppliers or factories

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
