REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Design, Animation, or related fields, with minimum 1 year's experience in advertising creative design;
Proficient in design software including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma; thorough understanding of animation production workflows; strong aesthetic sensibility and innovative mindset;
Fluent in English as a working language; familiarity with major international advertising platforms and their creative specifications;
Strong visual sensibility and advertising acumen, adept at identifying product selling points and excelling in product scene compositing;
Excellent learning aptitude, team coordination, and communication skills; strong execution capabilities to effectively manage pre-production discussions, design implementation, and project delivery.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Overseas education/residence background
Experience with Ads on Meta/Tik Tok
Prior exposure to the US market will be an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Own the visual direction and creative consistency across multiple DTC brand accounts, including landing pages, paid ad creatives, product visuals, and promotional assets — ensuring coherence with each brand’s identity while supporting performance-driven media buying campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Develop high-impact creative assets for international social media campaigns, such as static ads, carousels, UGC-inspired creatives, and product-focused imagery. This includes planning detail shots, lifestyle scenes, and benefit-led layouts tailored for audiences in Singapore and the U.S.
Produce performance-oriented animation ads and short-form social content, including editing, motion-driven layouts, and visual storytelling optimised for high thumb-stop rates and conversion across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Conceptualise hooks, creative angles, and detailed storyboards for video ads, animations, and motion graphics — translating marketing insights, product strengths, and platform trends into clear visual concepts for creative testing.
Collaborate closely with in-house animators by providing structured storyboards, style references, character guidance, and visual direction to produce high-performing animated ads for multiple DTC brands.
Strategise branding concepts and visual identity directions for new and existing clients, including mood boards, brand positioning ideas, and creative frameworks that align with each brand’s target audience and market category.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients — covering typography, colour palettes, visual systems, tone of voice (in collaboration with strategists), and usage rules to ensure consistent execution across all brand touchpoints.
Stay actively updated on design, advertising, and e-commerce trends, identifying viral formats, competitive angles, and emerging creative styles to inform creative strategy and improve agency-wide campaign performance.

• Initial Freelance Basis: Candidates will start as freelancers and will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
• Probation & Assessment: During the probation period, we will assess your ability.
• Transition to Full-Time: Successful candidates who show potential and meet our standards will transition to a full-time role.
