About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at KeepLearning. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually compelling graphics, animations, and motion graphics that align with our brand identity and resonate with our diverse audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative flair, technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our digital presence, supporting marketing campaigns, and enriching our educational content with engaging visual elements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of design and motion projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, is essential. Knowledge of video editing techniques and motion graphic design is required. The candidate should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. A creative mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving design trends are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for social media platforms, websites, and video content to enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that supports promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
• Conceptualize and design creative assets for promotional initiatives, including banners, ads, and other visual materials.
• Edit and enhance video content by integrating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to create dynamic and impactful videos.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate our visual outputs.
