About The Role
DMS International is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to support visual communication efforts for a federal client through an upcoming contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling and accessible graphics suitable for a variety of print and digital platforms. The role requires a creative mind, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand guidelines and communication objectives. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with communication teams and stakeholders to produce engaging visuals that support strategic messaging and campaign goals. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful federal projects, enhancing the organization’s visual storytelling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, or 2 years with a Master’s degree or higher in a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other industry-standard design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design projects
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for diverse media formats including brochures, posters, reports, social media content, websites, and presentation materials
• Ensure consistent application of branding and style guidelines across all visual assets
• Collaborate with communications teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and strategic goals
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that enhance communication strategies and campaign messaging
• Create engaging infographics, illustrations, and layouts to effectively present complex data and narratives
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback to deliver high-quality final products
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within deadlines
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve output quality
