About the Role

Clevertize is looking for a
creative Visualiser
with 2–3 years of design experience (preferably in an advertising agency or design studio). This role is for someone who not only excels at design but can also
communicate ideas effectively, manage a team, and confidently deal with clients
.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs and convert them into engaging visual concepts.
• Attend and lead client meetings, present ideas, and align with campaign objectives.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring creative output meets brand standards.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
• Design creative assets using Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma (expert level).
• Explore and integrate AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT etc.) into design workflows.
• Demonstrate illustrative skills, typography, and concept sketches.
• Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .

Requirements

• 2–3 years of design experience (advertising agency/studio background preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma; other tools are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Team management and leadership ability.
