Her Next Level Collective is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team. This role requires strong visual design ability, exceptional communication, fast turnaround times, and
non-negotiable expertise in Kajabi design
.

You'll work closely with our internal team to produce visually compelling, on-brand graphics, sales pages, and digital assets that support our clients’ marketing, advertising, and funnel objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create ad graphics, social graphics, sales page assets, and promotional visuals for multiple clients.
• Web Design: Build and design responsive pages inside Kajabi (MUST), plus GoHighLevel and WordPress (preferred).
• Sales Page Design: Translate messaging, offer details, and strategic direction into clean, high-converting page layouts.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs remain cohesive across all digital platforms and client materials.
• Project Execution: Own design projects from concept through delivery while maintaining quick, consistent turnaround.
• Collaboration: Join weekly 30-minute Monday meetings at 1 PM CST and communicate clearly with the team.
• Adaptability: Support miscellaneous creative needs as assigned, including marketing assets, layout updates, and funnel visuals.
• Professionalism: Manage your workload, hit deadlines, and proactively communicate progress or questions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Kajabi design expertise: Non-negotiable. MUST be strong here.
• Experience designing in GoHighLevel and WordPress
• Ability to attend weekly Monday meetings at 1 PM CST
• 30–40+ hours per month availability with generally open availability during business hours
• Strong communication and fast turnaround times
• 2–5 years of professional graphic and/or web design experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad graphics, sales pages, and brand-aligned digital design
• Ability to design with both creativity and strategy in mind
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital layout best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to take an offer intake form (+ additional offer details) and translate it into clear, compelling ad graphic copy
• Graduate degree in design, advertising, communications, or related field
• Experience with conversion-focused design, sales psychology, or direct response marketing
• Familiarity with digital marketing funnels, email layouts, and user journeys

Rates or packages will depend on experience.
