We are seeking a creative, driven, and forward-thinking Creative Designer with strong content creation capabilities to join our growing team. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, digital content, and leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual designs and content narratives.
Conceptualise, design, and produce static, motion, and short-form video content for marketing campaigns, course promotions, product launches, and events.
Plan, create, and manage platform-optimised content for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop end-to-end content assets, from ideation and design to basic editing and final delivery.
Leverage AI-powered design and content tools to improve productivity, creativity, and turnaround time.
Design visuals for integrated campaigns across digital, print, web, email, and video formats.
Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with marketing, training, and management teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign goals.
Stay up to date with design trends, content formats, social media best practices, and emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in creative design, digital content creation, or multimedia production.
Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for design, imaging, video, or content creation is highly preferred.
Ability to create social media-ready content, including short videos, reels, carousels, and thumbnails.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free outputs.
Awareness of ethical and copyright considerations in AI-generated and digital content.
Basic photography and videography knowledge is an added advantage.
