ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator to join our growing property team. This is a full-time, remote position suited to a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for design, digital content, and the property industry.
You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence — producing high-quality marketing collateral, engaging social media content, and cutting-edge AI-assisted visuals that bring properties to life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design professional property brochures and marketing materials that align with brand standards
- Create compelling static and video social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Develop and produce short-form video reels using AI-generated property renders and visualisations
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, enhance visuals, and produce innovative outputs
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule and visual identity across all channels
- Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, listings, and promotional initiatives
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media content creation
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience working with AI design and video tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly)
- Experience creating reels and short-form video content, particularly using rendered or AI-generated imagery
- A portfolio showcasing design work and social media content (property industry experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
