About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and execution-driven designer to support daily content production across social media and marketing channels.

This role is not purely artistic — we value designers who understand content performance, product communication, and speed.

🎯
Key Responsibilities

Create social media creatives (Instagram, TikTok, ads, carousels)

Design product visuals (feature highlights, e-commerce images, KV)

Produce simple motion graphics and short-form videos

Adapt key visuals into multiple formats (digital + basic POSM materials)

Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, etc.) for retail materials

Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and generate creative assets

Deliver content in a fast-paced, high-volume workflow

✅ Requirements

2+ years experience in social media / marketing design

Strong skills in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Basic to intermediate skills in:

Adobe After Effects or equivalent

CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro

Familiar with AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or similar)

Able to create clean, modern, European-style visuals

Good understanding of mobile-first design (TikTok / IG)

Basic English communication

🚫 Not a Fit If

You only create “beautiful posters” without commercial purpose

You don’t understand product-focused design

You have no experience with motion or video

Your portfolio only contains school or personal projects

💡 Nice to Have

Basic 3D skills (e.g. Blender)

Experience in tech / smartphone / e-commerce brands

Ability to handle high-volume content production

💰 Compensation
