PowerPoint Formatting Specialist

Role Responsibilities

• Clean and standardize PowerPoint decks to ensure visual polish and consistency.
• Apply consistent slide layouts, font treatments, and spacing.
• Format tables, charts, and graphics to align with provided templates or style guides.
• Troubleshoot formatting issues across complex or multi-author decks.
• Implement feedback quickly and accurately across multiple versions.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint formatting across professional or corporate decks.
• 2+ years of experience working on high-volume or deadline-driven presentation formatting projects.
• Strong eye for detail and visual alignment.
• Comfortable with repetitive, formatting-focused work.
• Ability to follow specific style guides and formatting instructions precisely.
