About The Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually engaging marketing materials across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital and print design. You will work closely with the Design Lead and other team members to develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping brand identities, engaging audiences, and driving marketing success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills, including branding, illustration, and multimedia content creation. This position offers a remote working opportunity, with a preference for candidates based in Delhi or Mumbai.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a BA or BS degree in Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing or digital design, either within an agency or in-house creative team, is required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong online portfolio showcasing successful projects across digital and print media. A solid understanding of visual design principles such as typography, layout, iconography, and animation is essential. Knowledge of accessibility standards and a passion for staying updated with industry trends are highly valued. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Project management experience is considered a plus, as it helps in managing multiple projects efficiently and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality marketing materials for digital platforms including mobile banners, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, and blog visuals, as well as print media such as print ads, signage, and trade show collateral.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet client objectives and brand standards.
- Design and develop strong brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Create unique brand illustrations, icons, and other visual elements that enhance brand storytelling.
- Present design concepts effectively to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine final outputs.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation through innovative design solutions.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables adhere to quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of design work.
