Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Client Relations person who will be responsible for managing our digital presence and representing Belgana in client interactions. The ideal candidate is someone who understands brand voice, can create engaging social content, and has the confidence to handle meetings with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand posts and blogs.
• Track analytics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends relevant to design, fashion, and creative industries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Figma and AI tools for content creation (preferred).
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or social media management is a plus.
• Confident, presentable, and fluent in English (Hindi/Kannada is an added advantage).
