About The Job
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to bring our refreshed brand identity to life across every customer-facing

touchpoint. Day-to-day, this means producing email blast layouts, print and digital mailers, promotional

graphics, and brand collateral that stays true to our visual system. You’ll work closely with our Director of

E-Commerce and email marketing team and collaborate with an offsite photography team on asset

selection. This is a production-forward role for a designer who takes pride in doing consistent, beautiful

work at pace — and who cares about getting the details right every time.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce email blast layouts in coordination with the email marketing team, ensuring visual consistency and on-brand execution
  • Create print and digital mailers for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns
  • Maintain and update brand collateral across digital and print formats
  • Develop promotional graphics for the Shopify storefront, including banners, collection headers, and homepage imagery
  • Work within the Anthony’s brand system — established palette, typography, and illustration style — while bringing fresh creative executions to each project
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver on tight turnaround schedules
  • Collaborate with the photography team on image selection and retouching direction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of both print production and digital design requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work within an established brand identity system with consistency and care
  • Solid portfolio showing retail or fashion brand work, email design, and print collateral
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Salary & Benefits
