Job Summary:
We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote marketing team in Saudi Arabia. You’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching visuals that support marketing campaigns, brand identity, and performance goals (KPIs).
The role suits a designer who loves storytelling through visuals, understands digital trends, and delivers designs that truly drive engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design content for social media, ads, and branding campaigns.
- Develop brand guidelines and visual concepts aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate remotely with the marketing and content team.
- Adapt visuals for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency and creative excellence
- Ensure timely delivery of all design tasks.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Task Completion Rate: 95% of design tasks delivered on time.
• Creative Quality: 90% positive team/client feedback.
• Engagement Growth: +20% increase in post or ad performance.
• Revision Rate: ≤ 2 revisions per design project.
• Skill Growth: Learn 1 new creative tool/technique per quarter.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or freelance).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (video editing is a plus).
• Strong sense of creativity, color, and composition.
• Excellent time management and communication (remote teamwork).
• Fluent in English or Arabic.
