Role Description

This is a full time, fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the world.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can take ownership of how Notify looks and feels across everything we do. From website and marketing assets to product visuals and UI support, you will define and elevate the visual identity of the company.

This is not a “just make it look nice” role. You’ll be working on a product used in real operations, where clarity matters more than decoration. Your job is to simplify complexity, communicate ideas fast, and make everything feel sharp and intentional.

You will work closely with founders, product, and engineering. You’ll have real influence over the brand, not just execution.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with clean, modern, and practical design work
• Experience designing for web, SaaS products, or digital platforms
• High proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe tools
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear visuals
• Good taste, we care a lot about how things feel, not just how they function
• Ability to work independently and move fast in a remote setup
• Experience with motion or micro-interactions is a strong plus
