Profile Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (digital, print, branding, etc.)
- High proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Strong communication skills with confidence in liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret client briefs, ask the right questions, and manage expectations effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and branding principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to take initiative and provide creative direction
- Strong organisational skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining design integrity
Core responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts and visual assets across digital and print platforms, aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and feedback, ensuring clear communication throughout projects
- Translate client ideas and business goals into effective, visually engaging design solutions
- Present design concepts and rationale to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions in a timely manner
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, and production to ensure cohesive deliverables
- Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical specifications
- Maintain organised design files, assets, and version control for efficient workflow and future use
