Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports marketing
objectives and strengthens brand presence across digital and print channels. This role focuses on creative
execution: designing graphics, editing video, and developing visual assets that drive engagement, support
campaigns, and enable sales.
Working closely with the Creative Lead and marketing team, the Graphic Designer will bring campaigns to life visually, ensuring all creative output is on-brand, polished, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a versatile visual creator with strong design fundamentals, video editing capability, and comfort using AI-assisted tools to accelerate production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Production
Create graphic designs for both digital and print media
Edit and produce video content
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns
Design sales collateral and support cross-team design requests
Utilize AI-assisted tools for content production
Requirements:
• Available to work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Central Time
• Minimum 1 year experience working with US-based companies
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, professional home office setup, and own PC
• Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects)
• Solid foundation in graphic design principles, typography, and layout
• Video editing experience
• Ability to understand, maintain, and execute brand standards consistently
• Experience with AI-assisted design or content tools
