About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should be adept at translating recruitment concepts into compelling visual designs that align with our brand and resonate with a US-based audience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can craft engaging marketing collateral that supports our recruitment campaigns, enhances our employer branding, and communicates effectively across various digital platforms. As a remote position, the Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with our marketing and recruitment teams to develop innovative visual content that elevates our brand presence and attracts top talent.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably within a recruitment or staffing setup. A strong understanding of US staffing industry workflows, terminologies, and audience preferences is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design platforms is required, along with a diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills relevant to recruitment and staffing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment are crucial. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing collateral for recruitment campaigns including brochures, social media creatives, email templates, infographics, and PowerPoint decks.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to create visuals that support client presentations, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Develop creative content for job advertisements tailored to US market sensibilities, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all projects and platforms.
  • Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM integrations where applicable to enhance visual communication.
  • Assist with the visual aspects of digital marketing including website graphics, newsletters, and LinkedIn campaigns to improve engagement and reach.
