Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer with 6 months to 2 years of experience who can independently contribute ideas and execute designs.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and capable of thinking beyond given requirements to enhance overall design output.

This role will primarily focus on supporting web and digital product design, including visual assets that enhance website experiences, UI sections, and content-led pages.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

• Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital product interfaces

• Design blog feature images, content visuals, and supporting graphics for web pages

• Assist in bringing UI/UX concepts to life through high-quality visual design

• Work on layout-based design elements aligned with modern web standards

• Maintain consistency in design elements (colors, fonts, layout) across web properties

• Deliver high-quality designs with minimal supervision

• Create banners, posts, and promotional materials when required

Creative Thinking (Core Requirement)

• Proactively suggest ideas by analyzing brands, competitors, and design trends

• Think beyond briefs and contribute to improving overall visual output

• Bring fresh, innovative concepts, especially for web and content-driven designs

Collaboration

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams

• Understand requirements and translate them into impactful visual designs

• Ensure timely delivery with quality output

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution

• Ability to independently ideate and execute designs

• Good understanding of design fundamentals (color, typography, layout)

• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Canva / Figma

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

• Understanding of digital design, especially for web and content layouts
