Graphic Artist (Remote) – Apparel & Uniform Design

We are seeking a talented Graphic Artist to join our team in a work-from-home role, creating high-quality artwork for apparel and uniforms across the sports, school, and corporate sectors.

This role focuses on producing accurate, production-ready artwork for a wide range of decoration methods including sublimated garments, DTF transfers, screen printing, and embroidery. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure designs meet client expectations while aligning with manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare artwork for sublimated uniforms, sportswear, school uniforms, and corporate apparel.
• Develop production-ready graphics suitable for DTF, screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration methods.
• Produce 3D garment visualisations and mock-ups to provide realistic previews for client approvals.
• Modify and adapt existing artwork to meet specific garment templates and production specifications.
• Ensure all artwork files are correctly formatted, layered, and colour separated where required.
• Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure artwork is accurate and ready for manufacturing.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting production and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain organised artwork files and version control.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in apparel or garment graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW as the primary design software used to create and prepare production-ready artwork.
• Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop where required for supporting artwork or client files.
• Strong skills in creating 3D garment visualisations and mock-ups for uniforms and apparel.
• Demonstrated experience preparing artwork for sublimation, screen printing, DTF transfers, and embroidery.
• Strong understanding of vector artwork, colour matching, and apparel print production processes.
• Ability to create accurate garment mock-ups and work within supplied garment templates.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to identify high-priority projects and complete critical tasks first to meet production deadlines.
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines, colour specifications, and production requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with internal teams.

Desirable

• Experience designing sports team uniforms or custom apparel.
• Understanding of garment construction and decoration limitations.
• Experience working closely with apparel production or manufacturing teams.

Pay: Php289.00 - Php330.00 per hour
