About The Role
ONU Health is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to create high-impact visual content across ads, product presentations, AI-driven videos, and user-generated content (UGC) style creatives. This is a remote full-time role. Your main goal will be to transform ONU’s product, vision, and health concepts into compelling video assets that capture attention, clearly communicate value, and drive conversions among viewers, users, and partners.

You should be comfortable working across various video styles, including cinematic brand storytelling, performance marketing ads, product explainers, AI-generated videos, and multi-frame UGC-style concepts for social media platforms. This role requires more than traditional motion design skills; familiarity with AI tools, prompting workflows, and modern creative automation is essential to streamline ideation and production processes. A strong sense of pacing, framing, emotion, and visual storytelling is crucial to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create motion graphics and video creatives for paid ads, organic social media content, product presentations, investor materials, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Develop UGC-like ad concepts, short-form performance creatives, and multi-scene video assets optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Produce AI-supported video content utilizing modern creative tools, prompting workflows, image-to-video systems, and editing pipelines to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Translate complex product features, health insights, and AI concepts into visually engaging and easily understandable content.
  • Construct cinematic video sequences with a keen understanding of composition, rhythm, transitions, and emotional impact to evoke the desired response.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, marketing teams, product managers, and designers to bring campaigns and product launches to life with compelling visual narratives.
  • Iterate rapidly on multiple creative directions, hooks, and ad variations to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Maintain consistency with ONU Health’s brand identity while tailoring content to different target audiences and distribution channels.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
  • Proven ability to create high-converting ads, product videos, and social-first video content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of cinematic language, pacing, framing, transitions, and emotional storytelling techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools, including prompting for image and video generation, as well as concept development workflows.
  • Ability to conceptualize multiple frames, scenes, and hooks, especially tailored for short-form ad formats on social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant AI-generation platforms.
  • Strong visual taste with the ability to balance premium aesthetics with fast-paced performance content.
  • Comfortable working independently within a remote environment, managing deadlines effectively, and adapting to fast iteration cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to feedback and testing creative variations.
