Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the team to create compelling visual content, design logos, and establish strong branding guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing graphics for digital assets, designing layouts that align with the organization’s mission, and ensuring consistency in typography and visual branding across various materials.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in relevant software tools
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create visually consistent and impactful materials
  • Knowledge of Typography principles for effective communication through design
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with open-source design tools is a plus
  • Passion for promoting transparency and accountability in governance
