Graphic Designer

Hello. We are Piece of Web. We are a digital agency that helps small businesses look deceptively large and professional. We believe that small businesses deserve big branding energy.

We prioritize quality over quantity. We aren’t a content factory churning out 50 mediocre posts a day.

We’d rather you spend three hours perfecting one gorgeous visual that makes a client cry tears of joy than three minutes slapping together a template that makes us cry tears of boredom.

The Role: We are looking for a Graphic Designer who actually likes graphic design. We need someone who can take a vague client brief like "make it look fresh but vintage, also blue but not
too
blue," and somehow turn that into art.

You Are:

  • A Visual Wizard: You know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) better than you know your own neighborhood.
  • Detail-Obsessed: You spot bad kerning from a mile away and it physically hurts you.
  • Smartly Remote: You understand that "remote work" means managing your own time effectively, communicating clearly, and occasionally wearing pajama bottoms to meetings (just keep the camera framed up, please).
  • A Human Being: You have a personality. You can take feedback without throwing your laptop out the window. You have a sense of humor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing branding, social media assets, and web visuals that make our small business clients look like Fortune 500 companies.
  • Collaborating with our team (who are also funny and smart, we promise) to brainstorm creative concepts.
  • Saving the world from ugly fonts, one project at a time.
  • NOT working on 500 revisions of the same logo. We respect your sanity.

Requirements:

  • A portfolio that makes us say "Ooh, nice." (Please include a link. We will judge books by their covers.)
  • Experience working with small businesses or agencies is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines. We are chill, but we are not that chill.

Why Join Piece of Web?

  • Quality First: We protect our creatives from burnout. No churn-and-burn here.
  • Freedom: Work from where you’re happiest.
  • No Corporate Jargon: We promise never to ask you to "circle back" or "synergize."
