The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance. Someone who can take a concept from brief to launch — turning ideas into ads, emails, and web visuals that not only look great but also drive results.
This isn’t a “make it pretty” role. We need a designer who understands how design impacts performance — who can spot what makes someone stop scrolling, click through, and convert.
What You’ll Do
- Design static ads, carousels, and story assets for Instagram & TikTok
- Create email graphics, landing page visuals, and campaign assets in Figma (with CRO in mind)
- Translate creative briefs into high-performing, brand-ready designs
- Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Media Buyers, and Account Managers to move fast and execute campaigns
- (Nice to have) Assist with light editing of UGC video ads (hooks, captions, overlays)
You’d Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have 2–4 years of experience as a designer (agency or DTC/ecom preferred)
- Are fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and Google Slides
- Understand ad creative strategy: hooks, angles, thumb-stopping visuals
- Can balance brand aesthetic with performance testing needs
- Move quickly and comfortably through multiple rounds of iteration
- (Nice to have) Can edit short-form video for UGC ads
Bonus Points If You…
- Have motion or 3D design skills
- Have experience designing for Shopify or Webflow
- Are curious about creative testing frameworks and performance data
