As we continue to grow internationally, we are expanding our Marketing team and are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer based in South Africa to join us remotely.
The Role
As our Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Learning Online Group’s brands.
This is a full-time, fully remote position, ideal for a designer based in South Africa who is confident working independently while collaborating with international teams.
You will deliver high-quality, visually cohesive design output across digital and print platforms - including course brochures, social media assets, packaging and paid advertising creatives.
This role suits a creative professional who combines strong design fundamentals with commercial awareness and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Visual Identity
Develop, refine and maintain brand identities across multiple education brands
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital and print touchpoints
Uphold and evolve visual styling across LMS portals, document templates and internal assets
Course Launch & Marketing Collateral
Design engaging course brochures and promotional materials
Create graduation certificates and branded launch materials
Update and refine materials as courses evolve
Educational & Student Materials
Collaborate with the content team to enhance educational materials visually
Apply strong typography, layout systems and clear visual hierarchy
Prepare assets for digital and print distribution
Social Media & Paid Creative
Design visual assets for Instagram, YouTube and campaign activity
Maintain cohesive social media branding
Produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to iterate creatives based on results
Packaging & Print
Conceptualise and design packaging and print-ready artwork for course kits
Prepare files correctly for production
Asset Management
Maintain organised file structures and version control
Ensure all artwork is accessible and correctly formatted
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
3+ years’ experience in a Graphic Design role
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience designing for both digital and print
Strong understanding of typography, layout and brand systems
Experience creating social media and paid advertising creatives
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication skills and responsiveness
Reliable high-speed internet and stable power backup
Work Requirements

Salary: R300,000 per year - R400,000
