Work Set-up: Permanent WFH
Work Schedule: 11pm to 8am (PH Time)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop art for (partial list): Point of Sale materials, Point of Purchase materials, packaging, sales sheets, web concepts, digital ads, traditional advertising (magazines, billboards, etc.), promotional items, etc.
- Designs digital media campaigns on different platforms such as social media, Google ads, chain stores, e-rebate campaigns, and screens at sport events, among others.
- Illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepares final layout and print files to be delivered to vendor.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
- Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, advertising campaigns, production, etc.
- Responsible for completion of assigned projects within agreed time parameters.
- Looks out to find innovative premiums and creative directions for all brands.
- Follows brand identity guidelines to create a consistent image throughout different platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop creative strategies aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Proposes innovative creative concepts, promotional ideas, and design solutions to enhance brand visibility.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or any related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design
