The team is expanding and we are looking for another Designer that resides in the US or Canada who will work closely with internal teams and clients to bring their visions to life.
The team has a vision to create world class design by inspiring, educating, and supporting customers throughout their digital experience. Our charter is to manage and continually optimize conversions of technical and business objectives. We are a fast-paced group with a focus on getting things done, simplifying anything and everything, and having fun doing it. You will be in the middle of it all, helping to make decisions that impact customer experiences, acquisition funnels, and creative strategy.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to execute SOW's, project scopes, and schedules.
- Support the Creative Team in production activities which include creating layouts, placing or cropping images, retouching or image compression and conversion of files across multiple programs (web/mobile/print).
- Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in file outputs and design deliverables.
- Adhering to strict brand guidelines and creative standards across all media assets.
- Possess understanding of production tools and processes while maintaining best practices in file creation and production.
- Apply broad knowledge of production skills, project workflows and file/asset management, to handle assigned projects with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all projects are completed within identified timelines and budgets.
- Surface risks and roadblocks early and anticipate problems before they occur.
- Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on message, on time, on budget.
Qualifications
- 5+ years design/graphic design experience.
- Incredibly organized and detail focused.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience designing for both digital and print projects.
- Strong knowledge of typography, type styles, and design/presentation templates.
- Figma and PowerPoint design experience a plus.
- Prior agency experience a plus.
