Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualization: Develop illustrations, logos, and layouts for projects, including print materials, websites, and social media.
  • Design Execution: Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create professional-grade visual assets.
  • Collaboration: Work with art directors, marketing teams, or clients to determine project scope, budget, and design requirements.
  • Revisions & Quality Control: Review drafts for errors and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve final designs.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all company marketing materials.

Requirement & Skills

  • Education: A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is often preferred, but a strong portfolio is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Creativity: Strong creative, aesthetic, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Communication: Ability to present design concepts and explain design choices clearly.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
