POSITION OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to contribute to our team and create a meaningful impact. This is a part-time remote position, and you must reside in a city where we are in the market (Calgary, Toronto, Edmonton or Vancouver). As a Graphic Designer for GRETA, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing visually stunning assets for both print and digital platforms.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years in a graphic design role
  • College diploma or degree in Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience creating graphics optimized for various social media channels and formats
  • Experience in both digital and design print
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for design and a desire to continually learn and grow
  • Strong independence with an ability to use your imagination within our brand guidelines
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
  • Must have initiative, problem solving skills, open to feedback and constructive criticism

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute design projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and standards
  • Deliver high-quality work within deadlines
  • Assist the Art Director with daily tasks as needed
  • Prioritize tasks based on project timelines and urgency
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
  • Assist the Art Director with daily tasks and support the Marketing Coordinators with any store level asks
