Profile Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, lightroom).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams and OneDrive.
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across both digital and print design.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience preparing artwork for print and knowledge of production processes.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus (preferred but not essential).
• Nice to have:
• Familiarity with Notion and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress

Core responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality visual assets across digital and print, including social media graphics, web banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy in sizing, colours, and formatting.
• Conduct research and stay updated on design trends to inspire fresh creative concepts.
• Present design ideas and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Optimise designs for different platforms, including responsive layouts and various digital formats.
• Ability to use Mailchimp to assist with email marketing campaigns. (Designing EDMs)
