We are looking for a full time Graphic Designer who understands performance marketing and knows how to design creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to work with a fast-growing digital marketing agency and create high-performing design work every day.
About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you will create ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with the founder and the performance marketing team to develop strong visual concepts that fit brand guidelines and deliver results.
This role requires creativity, speed, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how design impacts performance.
Your Responsibilities
Ad Creatives
• Create high-quality static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Design multiple variations for A/B testing
• Develop scroll-stopping concepts that attract the right audience
• Understand ad placements and format requirements for each platform
Brand and Marketing Design
• Design landing page banners and website graphics
• Create email graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals
• Maintain visual consistency across brands
• Translate briefs into clear and effective visual stories
Creative Strategy
• Work with the performance team to understand what works and what does not
• Analyse creative performance and contribute ideas to improve results
• Take ownership of creative quality from start to finish
• Experiment with new styles, formats, and design approaches
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio with ad creatives is required
• Understanding of design for performance campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools
• Ability to work fast without losing quality
• Clear communication and accountability
• A designer who takes pride in the craft and wants to grow
