Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Codestratz. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and advertising materials.

Daily tasks include designing logos, labels, and packaging creatives, along with producing high-quality graphics for digital platforms. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, maintain brand consistency, and deliver designs within tight timelines.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling end-to-end design tasks — from concept creation to final output — while ensuring high visual quality and performance-driven creatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in logo creation and label/packaging design (
must
)

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

• Working knowledge of CorelDRAW

• Basic motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects or similar tools

• Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design

• Experience in creating creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage

• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs independently

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills

• Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines

• Knowledge of print design and production processes is a plus

• Experience working with brands or agencies is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment
