Role Description

We are hiring a
Generative AI Designer (UGC, Multimodal & Video AI)

to lead the next evolution of content creation at Hookseek.

This role is focused on producing
high-performing UGC-style videos, ads, and visuals at scale

using frontier AI tools such as
Higgsfield, Nanobanana, and Freepik Space

.

You will be responsible for creating
short-form, performance-driven content

and building repeatable systems that allow us to continuously generate, test, and optimize creatives across campaigns. This is not a traditional design role. You will work at the intersection of
AI, content, and performance marketing

, where speed, experimentation, and measurable results matter more than manual design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create UGC-style content (videos, reels, ads)

optimized for performance
- Produce
AI-generated visuals and motion creatives

for campaigns
- Work primarily with
Higgsfield, Nanobanana, Freepik Space

, and similar tools
- Build
prompt systems and reusable content frameworks
- Develop
scalable AI content pipelines

for high-volume production
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver
conversion-focused creatives
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize content based on performance data

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in UGC content creation (short-form videos, ads, reels)
• Hands-on expertise with Higgsfield, Nanobanana & Freepik Space
• Other generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Advanced visual prompt engineering skills
• Strong understanding of content performance (hooks, retention, CTR)
• Ability to create video-first, high-volume content at speed
