Role Overview

Position: Games Professional – Independent Contractor, RemoteCommitment: ~20 hours/week, Duration: 1–2 monthsContribute to developing AI systems for gaming workflows. Evaluate AI systems in gaming, mechanics, and communities.

Responsibilities

Create and assess complex problems in gaming, including game mechanics and player strategies.Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to gaming experiences.Provide clear written feedback on game-related content and problem sets.Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs in gaming.Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

Deep personal or professional experience with games, including video games, tabletop games, or casino games.Strong knowledge of gameplay strategies, mechanics, and consumer gaming culture.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Location: Must be U.S.-based with valid work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in gaming content creation or community engagement.

Engagement Details

Compensation: $35–$50 USD/hr, with bonuses $20–100/hr for top performers.Contract Type: Independent contractorSchedule: Fully remote, asynchronous, flexible hoursPayment: Daily via Stripe Connect
