Growmax is hiring a full-time visual designer who can create premium fintech visuals, daily social media graphics, reels, UI screens, motion graphics, and brand assets.

You must be skilled in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut
• Figma (basic UI)
• AI tools (Midjourney / NIM)
• Creating tech/fintech-style designs
• Modern gradients, glassmorphism, 3D-style elements
• Building consistent brand identity
• Storytelling through visuals
• Creating reels on After Effects + CapCut
• Logo animations
• Abstract tech animations
• UI mockups & product demo videos

What you’ll create daily:

✔ Instagram posts

✔ Fintech graphics

✔ Billboard & OOH designs

✔ MPC/security diagrams

✔ Global-scale brand visuals

✔ Polished animations

✔ Market updates

✔ Growth campaigns
