What You’ll Do

• Design static ad images that align with client branding and performance goals.
• Create and edit short-form ad videos using motion design and video editing tools.
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality, conversion-focused assets.
• Work independently on daily design tasks while collaborating with the team during scheduled syncs.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of motion design experience.
• Skilled in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work.
• Availability during Central European working hours.
• 5+ years of full-time work experience (in any field).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a process-driven environment.
• Agency background or exposure to working with multiple clients.

The Details

• Contract: Full-time, remote.
• Compensation: $1,300 USD/month, based on productivity, experience, and quality of work.
