Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using Sketch Up, Lumion and CAD software to create stunning designs and detailed construction plans. You will work closely with our clients and contractors to ensure that every project is executed with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional landscape designs using Sketch Up, Lumion and CAD
Create comprehensive 2D construction plans, including landscape and hardscape plans.
Provide detailed plant lists, material callouts, and quantities in construction plans.
Produce high-quality 3D perspectives and visualizations to communicate design concepts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into designs.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Sketch Up, Lumion and CAD is a must.
Proven experience in landscape design and creating construction plans.
Strong knowledge of plant materials, hardscaping, and landscape construction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design.
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field is preferred.
