A leader who combines Enterprise Architecture, Delivery Leadership, and Specification Engineering, capable of operating in a repository-driven, agentic development environment, where success depends on precision of definition rather than volume of coding, leveraging the CLIENT-provided ecosystem (Claude agents, structured repository, predefined skills, and artifacts).
This role is accountable for translating enterprise requirements into deterministic, machine-executable specifications and delivering a production-grade application using an Agentic Micro Pod (AMP) model.
Core Responsibilities
1. Agentic Delivery Leadership (Define → Lock → Simulate → Bind → Scale)
- Lead execution across all NEW-AI-SDLC phases:
- Define: Convert BRDs into structured intent slices and domain models
- Lock: Freeze schema, APIs, and behavioral contracts
- Simulate: Validate logic through agentic dry runs and dependency sequencing
- Bind: Drive code generation via Claude agents
- Scale: Industrialize delivery across modules and AMPs
- Ensure high specification completeness (≥85%) prior to build
- Eliminate ambiguity that impacts agentic execution quality
2. CLIENT Repository Utilization Strategy
- Define how to effectively leverage:
- CLIENT-provided agents and skill libraries
- Event libraries and reusable components
- Existing data models and design artifacts
- Establish:
- Repository consumption and extension patterns
- Governance for reuse vs customization
- Alignment of new schema with repository standards
3. Data & Schema Ownership
- Lead design of:
- Enterprise ERDs (25–30+ core entities)
- Transactional and event-driven data models
- Kafka-compatible event schemas
- Ensure:
- Referential integrity and normalization
- Deterministic data behavior for agent execution
- Compatibility with repository structures
4. AMP (Agentic Micro Pod) Operating Model
- Define and operationalize:
- AMP structure (2 resources per pod)
- Skill allocation based on agentic maturity
- Phase-based distribution of effort
- Drive:
- Dependency sequencing discipline
- Cross-AMP coordination
- Module-level ownership (e.g., Resources, Projects)
5. Specification Engineering & JIRA Governance
- Establish standards for:
- High-fidelity, agent-consumable JIRA stories
- Temporal logic clarity
- Data integrity and validation rules
- Implement:
- Specification quality scoring frameworks
- Acceptance criteria rigor (10–20 per story)
- “Ruggedness-first” validation approach
6. Architecture & Technology Oversight
- Own solution architecture across:
- Frontend: React (UI-driven workflows)
- Backend: Spring Boot (modular services)
- Database: MySQL (transactional + event support)
- Streaming: Kafka (event-driven processing)
- Ensure:
- API-first architecture
- Clear separation of concerns
- Event consistency and replay capability
7. Risk, Cost, and Execution Control
- Identify and mitigate:
- Specification gaps
- Repository misalignment risks
- AMP execution inefficiencies
- Drive:
- Predictable delivery timelines
- Reduction in rework cycles
- Cost-efficient execution (despite CLIENT bearing runtime costs)
8. Stakeholder & Governance Interface
- Act as primary interface with:
- CLIENT Product Owner (junior BA equivalent)
- Repository/platform stakeholders
- Internal Mantrapoynt leadership
- Translate:
- Business requirements → structured system intent
- Repository constraints → architectural decisions
