Omnistra is seeking a Frontend Engineer to own the complete design and development of two
mission-critical products for an AI-human customer service and sales orchestration platform You will architect and ship both the customer-facing website and the analytics dashboard, from high-fidelity UI/UX design through to production-grade implementation and once that’s done, you will work full-time to maintain and enhance.
What You Will Own:
Website Experience:
You will design and develop a premium, design-led website that rivals leading AI platforms. This includes a complete marketing and product experience with immersive motion, interactive demos, and scroll-driven storytelling.
● Design and build a world-class marketing website with premium motion and interaction
● Implement immersive animations, parallax effects, and micro-interactions
● Build and integrate real-time AI and voice demos with streaming responses and audio playback
● Ensure pixel-perfect performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
Analytics Dashboard:
You will design and develop a production-grade analytics dashboard providing real-time visibility into platform performance across all customer support channels.
● Design and implement a scalable customer portal and analytics dashboard
● Build real-time, data-heavy visualizations across omnichannel metrics
● Implement compliance tracking, reporting, and export functionality
● Deliver accessible, responsive, and high-performance UI for large datasets
Design Expertise Required:
You will be responsible for all design decisions across both products.
● High-fidelity UI/UX design in Figma, including component libraries and design systems
● Enterprise-grade typography, color systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy
● Interaction and motion design principles
● Accessibility-first design aligned with WCAG standards
● Dashboard UX patterns and information architecture for analytics products
Development Skills & Technical Stack:
You will design in Figma and develop everything you design using a modern frontend stack.
● Next.js (App Router), React 18+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
● Framer Motion, GSAP, React Spring for premium motion and interaction
● Recharts, Visx, Plotly.js, D3.js, Apache ECharts for data visualization
● WebSockets, SSE, React Query for real-time data integration
● Strong performance optimization and Core Web Vitals expertise
Required Skills and Experience:
We are looking for a senior engineer with strong design sensibility and production experience.
● 3+ years professional frontend experience with React and TypeScript
● Proven experience building design systems and premium websites
● Advanced Next.js and Tailwind CSS expertise
● Strong background in analytics dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
● Accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design mastery
