Our work blends strategy, aesthetics, and engineering. We’re seeking a developer-designer hybrid who can think visually, execute technically, and set a high bar for the craft of digital presentation.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Frontend Designer-Engineer — someone equally fluent in visual design and front-end development. You’ll design and implement responsive, high-end web interfaces in React and Tailwind CSS, bringing strong aesthetic instincts and UX thinking to every build.

This role involves both hands-on coding and design leadership: guiding visual direction, prototyping layouts, and helping establish the design language that defines our client work. You’ll also learn how to build and extend HubSpot CMS (Content Hub) through HubL, HubDB, serverless functions, and React UI extensions within HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually exceptional, component-based layouts in React and Tailwind CSS
• Lead UI/UX direction for assigned projects — from concept to live implementation
• Translate Figma or wireframes into polished, production-ready pages
• Define spacing, motion, and typography systems that scale across templates
• Build within HubSpot CMS, using HubL, HubDB, and custom modules
• Contribute to data-connected front-ends, serverless functions, and custom React UI cards
• Advocate for design quality, accessibility, and performance in every release
• Collaborate with engineering and creative leads to evolve RevOps HQ’s design system

Baseline Skills (What You Should Already Know)

• Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, and responsive layout systems
• Portfolio demonstrating design taste and ability to execute clean, modern interfaces
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of accessibility, design consistency, and detail-oriented QA

What You’ll Learn On the Job

• Advanced HubSpot CMS development (HubL, HubDB, themes, and modules)
• Building serverless functions and custom-coded workflows inside HubSpot
• Developing React UI extensions within CRM record views
• Structuring scalable, reusable front-end systems tied to CRM data models
• Collaborating in cross-disciplinary teams blending marketing, design, and engineering

• Experience with Next.js, Framer Motion, or Sanity

Compensation & Deliverables

• Payment: 25% upfront, 75% upon completion of agreed deliverables
• Structure: Deliverables-based (1–2 full templates and supporting components)
