We are recruiting on behalf of a
well-established digital agency
based in the USA, seeking a talented
Front-End Web Designer
who combines strong visual design ability with solid front-end development skills. This is not a template-only role, and it’s not purely conceptual design. We are looking for someone who can take ideas from
concept through to fully built, responsive web experiences
, writing clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver polished digital work. You’ll collaborate with creative and production teams to bring
websites, digital campaigns, and marketing assets
to life for a variety of clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build client-facing digital deliverables including websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
- Hand-code and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Translate design concepts into responsive, production-ready web experiences
- Build, update, and maintain websites across multiple client projects
- Work within WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Organize and populate web content and proof final deliverables for quality
- Prepare and optimize media assets for web and advertising platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally participate in client meetings
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high design and code quality
- Use modern tools and AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency and production speed
About You:

, with the ability to design beautiful interfaces and build them effectively in the browser. You’re comfortable collaborating with teams and translating feedback into polished deliverables. You also:
- Have a strong eye for detail and clean execution
- Are highly organized and self-directed
- Enjoy learning new tools and improving workflows
- Understand how to use AI tools to enhance productivity and problem solving
- Take pride in building digital experiences that look great and perform well
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a digital agency, creative agency, SaaS company, or similar environment
- Proven experience designing and building front-end web experiences
- Strong ability to write production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive design, browser behaviour, and modern web standards
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining speed and quality
- Strong design instincts with practical UX awareness
Core Skills:
- Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of responsive development, layout systems, and front-end performance
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- Comfort adapting to new tools and evolving technologies
- Practical experience using AI tools to support coding, troubleshooting, and production
