Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Freelance Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Remote – West Bengal) for the Success Hub media team. Work on podcasts, motivational videos, and reels across Bengali, Hindi & English content. Skilled freshers and experienced editors welcome!
About the Role:
Success Hub is looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to collaborate with our team on a regular freelance basis.
If you can turn ideas into engaging visuals and bring energy to podcasts, motivational videos, and social media reels — we want to work with you!
Responsibilities:
- Edit Podcasts (Long-form, Clips, Shorts) and Motivational Videos (Long & Shorts).
- Create Social Media Reels, YouTube Thumbnails, and other promotional visuals.
- Use AI tools for image generation, image-to-video, and audio enhancement.
- Collaborate remotely with the Success Hub media team to ensure all content aligns with our vision and brand message.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging visuals that connect with audiences in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition / Audacity, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted image, audio, and video generation.
- Camera and shooting skills will be considered an added advantage.
- A strong work portfolio showcasing your editing and graphic design work.
Eligibility:
- Experienced professionals (2–3 years) and skilled freshers are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must have a relevant portfolio and be skilled in the mentioned software and languages.

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on skill, experience, and quality of work.
You may also propose your own rates per video, project, or batch for consideration.
