We’re looking for a Product Designer who thinks like a founder. Someone who doesn’t just push pixels but designs systems that drive adoption, trust, and efficiency. You’ll work directly with the founding team to shape our candidate and client experiences — from the interview flow UX to the company dashboard and reporting.

This starts as a contractor role (flexible hours, project-based). For the right candidate who proves, this can evolve into a full-time role with equity.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product design (candidate front-end, client back office, dashboards, interview flows)
• Design and translate ideas into clean products
• Build Figma systems that balance clean UX with AI-specific tradeoffs
• Collaborate tightly with PM + engineers to ship fast
• Stress-test designs against adoption, trust, and defensibility

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re excited by chaos, not scared of it
• You’ve designed 0→1 products before (ideally in startups or with early teams)
• Strong in UX flows, interaction design, and prototyping — you can test and iterate quickly
• Comfortable with Figma (systems, components, and prototyping)
• Bonus: experience designing in HR tech / SaaS / AI products
