The platform is designed to deliver outcomes that align with the goals of the organizations we work with, making an impact on those they serve.

We’re looking for a contract Motion Designer to create engaging, performance-driven ad assets across a growing portfolio of brands.

While we’ve traditionally focused on higher education, we’re expanding into new verticals including B2B Saas, B2C subscriptions, non profits, travel & hospitality, luxury, and more. Our team develops core creative concepts in-house, grounded in motivational science. These concepts are designed to resonate with diverse audiences and are then adapted and rebranded for individual clients.

You’ll play a key role in bringing these ideas to life — creating motion graphics that are visually compelling, scalable, and adaptable across brands and platforms.

On average, you’ll deliver 4–8 assets per month.

What You'll Do

  • Design engaging motion graphics that incorporate client brand guidelines while adding thoughtful creative flair
  • Adapt and resize content across multiple formats and dimensions for various social media platforms
  • Build and transfer completed creative into our internal template builder (we’ll train you!), ensuring assets are structured for easy rebranding and scalability
  • Translate clear creative briefs into polished, platform-ready assets
  • Occasionally develop fully custom concepts for specific clients and bring those bespoke ideas to life

What We're Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in After Effects (2+ years experience)
  • Experience creating paid social ad creative
  • A solid understanding of motion design principles, pacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
  • Comfort designing work that resonates with broad, diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented and organized, especially when preparing assets for templating and rebranding
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver consistent monthly output

How We Work

You’ll receive a clear creative brief for each concept outlining messaging, tone, and direction. Our core concepts are strategically developed and research-backed, giving you a strong foundation to design from — while still leaving room for your creative execution.

This is a contract role with ongoing monthly work and opportunities for occasional custom projects as we continue expanding into new industries.

Rate: $25-27/h
